HIDUP DIDALAM KRISTUS, Galatia 2:16
Kamu tahu, bahwa tidak seorangpun yang dibenarkan oleh karena melakukan hukum Taurat, tetapi hanya oleh karena iman dalam Kristus Yesus. Sebab itu kamipun telah percaya kepada Kristus Yesus, supaya kami dibenarkan oleh karena iman dalam Kristus dan bukan oleh karena melakukan hukum Taurat. Sebab: "tidak ada seorangpun yang dibenarkan" oleh karena melakukan hukum Taurat.
Beberapa waktu yang lalu banyak pro dan kontra
tentang hari raya Yahudi. Ada yang mengangap sangat perlu kita merayakan hari
raya Yahudi dan satu lagi menganggap tidak perlu kita merayakan hari raya
Yahudi.
Dari ayat
diatas saya mau sedikit menekankan bahwa Paulus hanpir 2.000 tahun yang lalu sudah
mengingatkan kita untuk tidak lagi melakukan prinsip-prinsip hukum taurat untuk
pembenaran hidup dan berkat-berkat.
Sebab kalau kita masih hidup dengan cara-cara
hukum Taurat berarti kita kembali kepada pola hidup yang sia-sia karena baik
berkat, kelimpahan apalagi keselamatan hanya ada didalam Yesus Kristus. Dengan kita
beriman kepada Yesus Kristus sebagai Tuhan dan Juru selamat kita di benarkan
dan di selamatkan. Kenapa kita harus lagi bersusah payah untuk mengenal dan mendapatkan
keselamatan apa lagi berkat-berkat.
Jadi kalau kita sudah mengerti ini mari jangan
lagi mau diperhambakan dengan hari-hari Raya, Hukum-hukum, peraturan-peraturan,
dan adat istiadat yang sepertinya kita akan diselamatkan.
Namun aku hidup, tetapi bukan lagi aku sendiri
yang hidup, melainkan Kristus yang hidup didalam aku. Dan hidupku yang kuhidupi
sekarang didalam daging, adalah hidup oleh iman dalam Anak Allah yang telah
mengasihi aku dan menyerahkan diri-Nya untuk aku.

PENGLIHATAN YANG LUAR BIASA
Paulus mendapatkan penglihatan, dia diangkat ke Firdaus , sesuatu yg luar biasa, tetapi dia tidak menjelaskan apa yang dilihatnya yg luar biasa itu.
Dari penjelasan Paulus di ayat-ayat seterusnya,
ternyata dia takut jadi Tinggi hati yang sekawan dengan Sombong.
Dari penglihatan Paulus ini saya mendapatkan
beberapa hal yang baik :
Kalau kita mendapakan anugerah kemuliaan jangan
sombong.
Sering ketika mendapatkan jabatan, pelayanan yang baik, keluarga yang baik, pekerjaan yang baik, usaha yang baik, pendidikan yang baik.
Sering kita lupa itu semua dari Tuhan dan
menyombongkan diri. Kalau kita menerima yang
baik itu semata-mata karena kebaikannya bukan karena kuat dan gagah kita.
Paulus mendapatkan kelemahan dalam hidupnya
yaitu duri dalam daging seorang utusan iblis.
Paulus sebenarnya sudah minta Tuhan untuk
Tuhan mengundurkan utusan iblis dari dirinya, tetapi dari Tuhan jawabannya
adalah "cukuplah kasih Karunia-Ku
bagimu"
Banyak orang yg mendapatkan kebaikan Tuhan, tidak ingin
dalam
hidupnya ada kekurangan atau sebaliknya ada kekurangan tetapi tidak mau tahu
akan kekurangannya.
Kalau saja kita tahu akan kekurangan kita, kta tidak
mungkin akan sombong.
Kuasa Tuhan menjadi sempurna dalam kelemahan kita.
Ayat 9a "justru dlm kelemahanlah kuasa-Ku
menjadi sempurna".
Dengan kita mengetahui adanya kekurangan kita,
kita jadi tidak sombong dan terus merendahkan diri
dihadapan-Nya.
Maka Kuasa Tuhan menjadi lebih dasyat dalam hidup kita bahkan
hari lepas hari akan menjadi sempurna.
